I am so happy to have you here. I am Francesca ~ a birth worker and yoga teacher who is deeply committed to recentering the authority of birth into the hands + bodies of those who are creating life itself.
My practice as a doula stands on a philosophy shaped by
the studies of psychology, yoga, somatics, and matriarchal anthropology.
